Internal Reports / Other Contributions

Highlights experience producing, managing and contributing to internal reporting and organizational communications across United Nations agencies including United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) Afghanistan, United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Pacific, Resident Coordinator’s Office (RCO) Myanmar, Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) Afghanistan and United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC). Work includes internal donor reports, newsletters, media monitoring and strategic analysis and other organizational communications. Across these outputs, I ensured messaging was clear, coherent and aligned with organizational, advocacy and donor priorities, supporting decision-making, resource mobilization and institutional visibility.

RCO Myanmar – Internal Donor Reporting
Description: Led consolidated donor reporting for a 10-agency programme implemented across Rakhine, Kachin and northern Shan states. Synthesized inputs from UNICEF, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women), United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), International Organization for Migration (IOM), World Food Programme (WFP), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), OCHA and the RCO into coherent, timely narrative and results reports that linked programme achievements across the humanitarian-development-peace nexus and aligned with the Humanitarian Response Plan, Myanmar Sustainable Development Plan and UN Development Assistance Framework. Reporting captured programme design, implementation and outcomes for FY2019–2020 (US$37.5M) and FY2020–2021 (US$12.6M). Established and managed reporting workflows and editorial standards to support evidence-based monitoring across livelihoods, protection, social cohesion and basic humanitarian service delivery components. Maintained coordination from Sittwe, the capital of a state experiencing active conflict between the Arakan Army and the Myanmar military, requiring judgment, discretion and conflict-sensitive communication.

UNOPS Afghanistan – Internal Donor Reporting Portfolio
Description: Managed donor and project reporting across a portfolio delivering more than US$100 million annually, ensuring clarity, accuracy and alignment with UNOPS Project Management Manual standards and donor requirements. Supervised and coordinated workflow for multiple project teams, including communications and project support personnel, maintaining document discipline and timely delivery of outputs. Developed and institutionalized standard operating procedures for reporting, including templates, review processes and quality guidelines, strengthening consistency and reliability across the operational hub. Produced approximately 24 project fact sheets and briefing materials to enhance donor visibility, stakeholder engagement and programme positioning. Coordinated inputs from project managers, technical teams and field offices to anticipate risks and mitigate reporting delays. Operated in a high-risk conflict environment during NATO–Taliban hostilities, requiring adherence to UNDSS security protocols and discretion in communications. Reporting captured programme design, implementation and outcomes for projects funded by the governments of Japan, Italy, Australia, United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Lithuania, Netherlands; European Commission; Asian Development Bank; World Bank (via Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund); and UNHCR.
Fundraising & Business Development Support – UNOPS Afghanistan, UNICEF Pacific, OCHA Afghanistan
